Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead risk governance and strategy for AI deployments within client environments. You will guide engagements, run AI risk assessments, and develop framework-based roadmaps to secure AI programs.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, data science, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable AI security practices across enterprise use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting including AI/ML, data governance, or emerging technology risk.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts including model development, training, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• Experience applying AI risk/security frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, or EU AI Act.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, or maturity assessments and producing strategy documents and executive materials.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience in consulting, client delivery, or building prompts/templates for AI workflows to standardize recurring deliverables.
• Experience with AI governance platforms, governance/risk/compliance tools, or model risk management systems.
• Experience with ML lifecycle and PyTorch/TensorFlow/MLflow.
• Experience developing reusable strategy assets and reviewing junior consultants' work.
• Experience in regulated industries (FS, healthcare, life sciences, public sector).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, AIGP, or ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation/Lead Implementer.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of client AI cybersecurity controls governance, risk management, and security practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to surface AI risk concerns and gather requirements.
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments aligned to standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS).
• Translate strategic recommendations into roadmaps and coordinate with practitioners on implementation details.
• Draft governance artifacts including AI use-case intake processes, policy templates, and model risk tiering approaches.
• Own a workstream within a broader engagement and support client demonstrations and executive readouts.
