Job summary

Snyk is hiring a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our Customer Solutions team. You will design and implement secure cloud-native solutions for customers, combining hands-on engineering with consulting and AppSec expertise.

As AI agents write more code, partners who translate Snyk's platform into scalable security programs are essential. You’ll work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to deliver value and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on use of Application Security tools.
• Experience writing code in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building pipelines with CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency with Linux/command line and SCM tools.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers on implementation and consulting engagements from discovery through hand-off.
• Write code and deliver technical integrations and configurations for customer environments.
• Partner with Sales on technical scoping and Statements of Work.
• Advise Product and R&D with direct customer feedback.
• Deliver work on time, raise risks early with clear options.
• Develop integrations and tooling around Snyk products for reuse.
• Contribute blog posts and thought leadership from field learnings.
• Advise customer teams on rolling out Snyk across CI/CD pipelines.
