Job summary

Amazon Enterprise Security Products is seeking a high-impact leader to build and guide an AI-first security engineering organization. You will recruit, mentor, and scale multiple development teams, shaping a multi-year AI-powered security roadmap and partnering with product, research, and UX teams to deliver bold technical bets.

You will drive AI-native development across the org, balance speed and rigor, and ensure top-notch operational excellence and security.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering team management experience.
10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.

Set technical vision and product strategy: translate customer problems into bold technical bets and drive multi-year AI security roadmap.
Champion AI-native development across the org with measurable adoption and impact.
Drive execution with startup urgency; decompose problems and remove blockers to ship fast and learn.
Define and advance AI/ML capabilities; lead agentic systems, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation.
Own operational excellence and security posture; ensure reliability, performance, and security across services.
Influence beyond your org; align with senior stakeholders and write strategic narratives.
Develop leaders, not just engineers; foster founders' mindset across teams.
