This ground-floor role blends strategic scope with hands-on execution, enabling multiple teams to collaborate on scalable security solutions, while maintaining strong reliability and security posture.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering team management experience.
10+ years of planning, designing, delivering consumer software experience.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a world-class engineering organization. Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Set technical vision and product strategy: translate customer problems into bold technical bets and roadmaps.
Champion AI-native development across the org; measure adoption and drive velocity and quality.
Drive execution with startup urgency; decompose problems and remove blockers.
Define and advance AI/ML capabilities; lead agentic systems and RAG architectures.
Own operational excellence and security posture; ensure reliability and security practices.
Influence beyond your org; write vision documents and identify gaps.
Develop leaders, not just engineers; grow technical leads and managers.
