Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an AI Security Researcher to push the frontier of security for AI models, systems, and infrastructure. You will research, design, and implement advanced protection mechanisms using AI, collaborating across teams to build secure, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ML or cybersecurity, strong programming skills, and deep knowledge of Generative AI workflows. This role offers equity and comprehensive benefits, with a salary range reflecting Level 3–4

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent).
5+ years in machine learning, cybersecurity, or closely related fields.
Demonstrated programming expertise.
Strong knowledge of AI and software weaknesses and mitigation strategies.
In-depth understanding of Generative AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Conduct novel research to advance cybersecurity and AI, focusing on models and agents.
Contribute research on new problems in AI and security for secure systems.
Develop tools and processes to expose or remediate weaknesses in AI systems.
Publish results in peer‑reviewed venues or share with security, ML, and business communities.
Collaborate with other teams at NVIDIA to improve AI and security across contexts.
