Job summary

AI is a core part of the stack. You will build orchestration layers for multi-agent systems, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, and decision intelligence, integrating data sources, APIs, and existing applications into cohesive AI experiences.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 7+ years of programming with at least one language.
- 7+ years of leading design or architecture of systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
- Experience leading and influencing your team or organization.
- Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience in ML, NLP, information retrieval or LLM fundamentals.
- Experience developing AI products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own complex, cross-team technical challenges end-to-end.
- Lead design for systems enterprise customers depend on.
- Turn patterns into reusable accelerators for the FDE practice.
- Embed with customers and ship production-grade AI products.
