Job summary

7AI is seeking a Tier 3 Security Analyst to act as the technical lead and escalation point for junior analysts reviewing 7AI Agent investigations across customer environments. You'll validate the agents' work, assess risk, and help scale the operation while maintaining high quality.

You'll correlate data from cloud, endpoint, identity, and network sources, hunt for emerging threats, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product to tune the AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Hands-on experience investigating alerts from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools (XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, IDP).
• Familiarity with log and telemetry concepts.
• Experience analyzing security alerts from various sources including IDS, network, and endpoints.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and incident triage methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to verify AI-driven analysis.
• Data querying experience with SPL, KQL, SQL, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate investigations completed by AI Agents for accuracy and risk.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts as technical escalation point.
• Correlate data from cloud, endpoint, identity, network, and other sources to form a full threat picture.
• Investigate malicious activity detected by AI Agents and quantify protected risk for customers.
• Use AI Agents to hunt in customer environments and help improve detections for the product.
• Assist customers with threat monitoring, triage, and incident response during incidents.
• Proactively identify threats by reviewing logs and anomalies.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to SOC teams and CISOs.
• Help architect scalable processes for the elite security team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product to tune AI platform.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, especially AI-driven attacks.
