Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Senior AI Security Architect to lead security across AI/ML platforms and governance. The role requires coordinating with Product, Data Science, Legal, and Privacy to embed security and trust into AI systems.

You will oversee risk assessment frameworks, secure design patterns, and tooling strategies, ensuring guardrails in the development lifecycle and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design durable, reusable AI security frameworks.
• Experience influencing across functions to deliver secure cloud-native architectures.
• Working knowledge of financial services/HR-tech regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security governance and risk reviews within Paylocity.
• Develop risk assessment instruments for AI security across use cases.
• Represent AI security on Architecture Review Board and guide new AI technologies.
• Drive threat modeling for AI/ML workloads and translate findings into reusable patterns.
• Oversee AI security tooling strategy and integration into the control stack.
