Tenable, Inc. is seeking an AI Security Engineer to shape and mature security for AI across Tenable products and enterprise deployments.

You will design security controls for AI systems, lead assessments, and help teams ship secure AI features, while maintaining governance and threat modeling across the AI/ML lifecycle. The role emphasizes SSDLC, collaboration with engineering, and building tooling to strengthen security posture for identity, incident management, vulnerability management, and AI

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of information security or application security experience, with 1–2 years focusing on AI/ML security.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of AI-specific security threats including adversarial ML, data poisoning, prompt injection, model inversion, and inference attacks.

• Design end-to-end security controls across the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Perform AI safety assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate security into AI development, training, validation, and deployment.
• Drive SSDLC and DevSecOps practices for AI-powered products, including threat modeling and security testing.
• Create security guidance, documentation, and training for internal teams.
• Research emerging trends in AI security and contribute to innovative solutions.
