OneStream Software is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to own the day-to-day security of the internal AI environment, including enterprise AI assistants, agents, and workflows. You will co-develop the internal AI security roadmap with leadership, set secure-by-default baselines, and lead incident response for AI security events.

You will drive security reviews of new tooling, manage detection and response capabilities, and mentor the growing AI Security team while collaborating with IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in security engineering/operations.
• 1–2 years with LLM-based systems security.
• Track record of owning a security program end to end.
• Knowledge of AI threats (prompt injection, data exfiltration).
• Experience with SaaS security posture reviews and least-privilege configurations.
• Experience with third-party security risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day security of OneStream’s internal AI environment and AI workflows.
• Define security review standards for AI configurations and data sharing.
• Architect and own AI Detection and Response (AIDR) end-to-end.
• Lead security reviews of new/third-party AI tooling and MCP servers.
• Champion AI automation in security operations and risk management.
• Conduct threat modeling for internal AI use cases; influence IT/Engineering decisions.
• Define and report on internal AI security metrics to leadership.
• Translate AI governance policies into technical guardrails and secure patterns.
• Act as incident lead for AI security incidents and drive lessons learned.
• Monitor AI threat landscape and adapt controls and guidance.
• Provide mentorship and grow the AI Security team.
