Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior AI Security Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI security workflows with strong guardrails and security controls from day one. You will work across multi-step reasoning, prompt systems, and AI model tuning to bolster security across the organization.

The role requires hands-on Python, ML libraries, and experience with AI agent frameworks, cloud AI solutions, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python, data ingestion and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch)
• Proficiency with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
• Hands-on experience tuning ML models for cybersecurity use cases.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with at least one cloud AI solution (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker or Azure AI).
• Strong DevOps and integration skills including Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning and tool-use in autonomous cybersecurity use cases.
• Build high-precision prompt systems with version control and automate remediation scripts.
• Tune ML models to detect sophisticated attack patterns and evade traditional defenses.
• Integrate LLMs into production environments via APIs or local deployments.
• Orchestrate data ingestion pipelines focusing on vector databases and machine-first processing for unstructured data.
