Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems and secure AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Global CISO, you will own hands-on development of AI agents, automation pipelines, and LLM-based workflows while ensuring compliance, governance, and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity/Data Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering, application security, or a related field.
• 3+ years in security operations, security engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud security.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML development, agentic systems, automation, or data engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own production-grade agentic AI systems and workflows.
• Maintain internal agentic AI platform with orchestration, memory management, tool integrations and human-in-the-loop review.
• Identify high-value agentic use cases and deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Establish guardrails, safety patterns, and evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.
• Implement security controls for AI tools and workflows, including data handling and access controls.
• Perform security reviews and threat modeling for LLM integrations and third-party AI solutions.
• Develop scripts and integrations using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs and automation platforms.
• Build SIEM detections, SOAR playbooks, dashboards, and telemetry for AI workflows.
• Translate business and control objectives into secure AI designs and production capabilities.
• Manage project status, risk decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain SOPs for audit readiness and disaster recovery.
