Job summary

Invicti Security Corp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI team and drive the Agentic AppSec initiative. You will design, build, and ship autonomous multi-agent security solutions, spanning from agent architectures to integrations with security tools and developer workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic AI.
• Strong Python proficiency with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• End-to-end software development skills, including frontend development, building pipelines, tests, monitoring, and scalability.
• Ability to balance engineering rigor with pragmatic delivery, embracing agentic coding tools.
• Clear communication skills — surface problems early and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems in Python.
• Create MCP integrations connecting security tools and developer environments.
• Develop and refine prompts for real security use cases (triage, remediation).
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and memory architectures.
• Own features from design through production (build, test, deploy, measure).
• Collaborate with product, platform engineering, security research, and infra teams.
• Evaluate new AI/ML capabilities for production readiness.
