Job summary

CBRE is seeking a security-focused professional to mitigate AI/LLM risk and securely integrate security controls across CBRE’s digital platforms. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk Mgmt., Audit, and Legal to embed security into business processes and drive improvements.

The role involves leading AI security initiatives, mentoring teams, and aligning with NIST AI RMF and MITRE ATLAS while supporting incident response and governance for responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced experience administering security tools related to CSPM/CNAPP, CIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience with cloud provider services (OpenSearch, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and multiple clouds.
• Experience with Terraform and DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain cybersecurity concepts across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain secure AI/LLM solutions and MLOps platforms.
• Develop guardrails, access controls, and prompt protection.
• Lead AI-focused threat modeling and reduce attack surface.
• Align controls with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.
• Mentor teams and act as SME on AI risks and controls.
• Develop and implement incident response playbooks for AI security events.
• On-call rotation for uptime of critical internal services.
