Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior AI Security Technical Architect to evolve the AI security architecture of the enterprise. This role includes partnering with stakeholders to manage risk and influence AI design decisions.

Candidates should have 8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, a strong understanding of AI/ML, and various security frameworks. This is a remote position based in Maryland Heights, offering a pay range of $100 - $130 per hour.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience securing or reviewing AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI security architecture and strategy.
• Establish secure-by-design patterns for AI/ML systems.
• Monitor emerging AI threats and inform security strategy.
