Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Senior AI Security Architect to design and secure ML/AI workloads across Azure and Databricks in a remote US-based role.

You will lead threat modeling, design secure AI architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into the ML lifecycle, governance, and observability. Strong Python skills and cloud security expertise are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior cybersecurity role.
• Hands-on AI/ML security in Azure and Databricks.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps.
• Strong cloud-native security controls knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and AI libraries.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Designs secure AI/ML architectures on Azure, Databricks, and other platforms.
• Conducts threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems.
• Leads security for autonomous AI agents and mitigates prompt injection.
• Establishes security and governance for AI tools like MCP servers.
• Integrates MLSecOps into the ML lifecycle from data to deployment.
• Maintains AI reference architectures, standards, and patterns.
• Advises on AI capabilities and business alignment with security goals.
• Partners with architects and governance teams to resolve AI risks.
• Stays updated on AI security threats and defensive strategies.
