Blink Health is hiring a Senior AI Security Engineer II to lead security, governance, and risk management of AI across the BlinkRx platform. This role shapes policy, implements controls, and shepherds secure AI deployments with engineering, data science, and product security teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep security engineering expertise, practical AI system knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to secure AI tools, pipelines, and workloads at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering and software development processes.
• Hands-on adversarial AI experience including prompt injection and evasion attacks.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
• Proficiency in Python and GitHub for tooling and testing AI systems.
• Experience with Enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, OpenAI Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design a multi-layer AI security framework across data classification and detection.
• Deploy and operate AI security tooling within BlinkRx security operations.
• Architect secure MCP server deployments and agent authentication.
• Collaborate with Cloud Security to guard AWS AI workloads.
• Define PHI/PII handling controls for all AI systems.
• Conduct AI red-team assessments on applications.
• Integrate AI security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automated testing and validation for AI pipelines.
• Perform adversarial testing of agentic AI workflows for privilege escalation.
