Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking a Senior AI Search & Technical SEO Strategist to lead SEO, GEO, AEO and AISO initiatives across enterprise content and AI-driven search experiences.

You will collaborate with engineering, content, product and analytics teams to implement schema markup, SSR optimizations and AI-friendly content strategies that improve visibility in traditional search and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and SEO/AI-search
• Hands-on experience with GEO, AEO, LLM-focused SEO, AISO or related AI-visibility initiatives
• Experience authoring and maintaining JSON-LD and schema markup, ideally in AEM
• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO, analytics and content optimization best practices
• Ability to communicate credibly with technical practitioners, content teams and executives

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated search experiences.
• Author and maintain JSON-LD schema markup through AEO/GEO components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Implement relevant schema types across thought-leadership, investment fund and multimedia content.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive SSR and ensure content is crawlable by search engines and AI indexes.
• Research long-tail keywords, conversational queries and user-intent-focused prompts.
• Advise content teams on optimizing digital content for search discovery, AI citation and summaries.
• Apply semantic, entity-based and question-led content strategies for clarity and topical authority.
• Support technical optimization initiatives, including structured data and internal linking.
• Monitor organic performance, AI visibility and related KPIs; translate data into insights.
• Identify opportunities and risks in the evolving AI-search landscape; collaborate cross-functionally.
