You will partner across applied science, engineering, product, hardware, security, and executive teams to translate needs into secure, reliable robotics offerings deployed at scale.

Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, guiding research-to-production programs, and delivering measurable customer value across perception, planning, and cloud

Qualifications

• 15+ years in robotics, ML, AI, CV, perception, signal processing, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading teams from research to production delivery.
• Ability to guide high-complexity technical decisions and communicate strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for robotics, perception, and embodied AI initiatives.
• Lead teams in multi-sensor fusion, real-time signals, planning, and decision-making.
• Drive development and deployment of AI for robotic systems and cloud services.
• Prioritize opportunities using feasibility, customer impact, and risk-reward tradeoffs.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and scalable, reliable delivery.
