Qualifications

15+ years in robotics, ML, AI, CV, perception, signal processing, software engineering, or equivalent.
Proven experience leading teams from research to production delivery.
Ability to guide high-complexity technical decisions and communicate strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for robotics, perception, and embodied AI initiatives.
Lead teams in multi-sensor fusion, real-time signals, planning, and decision-making.
Drive development and deployment of AI for robotic systems and cloud services.
Prioritize opportunities using feasibility, customer impact, and risk-reward tradeoffs.
Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and scalable, reliable delivery.
