You'll collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product leaders in a fast-paced environment that rewards experimentation and impact, with opportunities to lead initiatives and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement cutting-edge ML approaches, including generative AI and large language models.
• Develop and deploy ML solutions spanning ranking, personalization, NLP, CV, and recommender systems.
• Drive end-to-end projects at massive scale with petabytes of data.
• Build and optimize models balancing customer and advertiser needs.
• Develop models, run proofs of concept, experiment, and deploy into production with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Build scalable processes for model development, validation, and deployment for traffic monetization.
