Qualifications

• 5+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement cutting-edge ML approaches, including generative AI and large language models.
• Develop and deploy ML solutions spanning ranking, personalization, NLP, CV, recommender systems and LLMs.
• Drive end-to-end projects at massive scale with petabytes of data.
• Build models balancing customer and advertiser needs and deploy production systems.
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Develop scalable processes for model development, validation and deployment.
