EdCast is hiring a Senior AI Scientist to drive research, development, and deployment of AI/ML across the organization. You will develop advanced AI systems including LLMs, RAG, NLP, and recommendation engines, translating research into scalable production solutions.

You will collaborate with diverse teams to optimize accuracy, latency, and cost while staying abreast of evolving AI research and publishing when appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a technical field with strong AI/ML foundations.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying models at scale.
• Proven ability to translate research into production-ready systems.
• Strong programming in Python and ML frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop LLM, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, and recommendation solutions.
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques for business problems.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate foundation and domain models.
• Build training, inference, and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with PE/Software teams to productionize AI solutions.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Publish internal research or external papers where appropriate.
