Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience on large, customer-facing technology programs.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience in enterprise software, robotics, AI, or industrial tech environments.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping through deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive stakeholders and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Translate objectives into clear program requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers and coordinate workstreams to align with goals.
• Establish program governance with steering meetings, reviews, and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executives and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Align product roadmaps with customer commitments and engineering capacity.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with contracts.
