Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong CS foundations: data structures, algorithms, software design.
• Experience with simulation environments or robotic hardware.
• Experience with troubleshooting and unit testing in production systems.
• Proficient in programming; strong problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of software projects.
• Architect, design, and implement robust test automation infrastructure.
• Develop training and evaluation pipelines on a leading ML platform.
• Analyze and refine training datasets for robotic and AI applications.
• Develop tools for fast deployment of novel algorithms in simulation and on hardware.
