Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Audit Lead to conduct specialized audits of Generative and Agentic AI systems across their lifecycle.

You will review data provenance, privacy, and bias mitigation in consumer datasets used for marketing and loyalty programs, and assess model design, validation, and explainability to ensure accurate automated retail decisions. Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Legal teams to identify control gaps and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology audit, IT risk management, or data science.
• Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and explain AI risks to non-technical leaders.
• Certifications: CISA, CISSP, or AI governance credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems across their lifecycle.
• Review data provenance, privacy, and bias mitigation for AI training data used in marketing and loyalty programs.
• Prepare audit reports for VP Internal Audit and senior leadership translating tech risks to business impact.
