Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a proactive AI Risk Management professional to advance its AI governance program. You will partner across risk, compliance, cybersecurity, legal, and audit teams to assess AI risks, governance and control environments.

The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption and alignment with enterprise standards. You will contribute to building oversight over Generative AI, ML, and third-party AI solutions, ensuring secure and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in AI, information technology risk, cyber security, controls or audit roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated technical abilities in AI, data science, tech infrastructure and controls, cyber security, access management, cloud, resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments and control evaluations to ensure secure, compliant AI implementations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit partners to identify and mitigate AI risks.
• Evaluate AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle controls, and responsible AI practices to identify improvements.
• Assist in the safe, scalable adoption of AI across the enterprise with cross-functional teams.
