Innovaccer Inc. seeks a Senior AI Researcher to build production-grade AI systems, including LLM-based solutions, RAG, and AI agents. You will design end-to-end experiments, deploy models at scale, and collaborate with clinicians and operators to refine outputs.

The role emphasizes hands-on research, prototyping to production, and mentoring as the team grows. A strong publication/open-source record is highly valued.

Formación

• MS or PhD in CS, ML, or related quantitative field. Exceptional BS candidates considered.
• First-author NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP publications or equivalent ML work.
• Fine-tuned open-weight models; justify PEFT vs full fine-tuning.
• Strong Python and PyTorch; familiarity with HuggingFace, DeepSpeed, and serving stacks.
• Multi-GPU training experience; tens of GPUs; models tens of billions parameters.
• Data pipeline experience: dedup, filtering, decontamination, normalization.

Responsabilidades

• Take ideas from paper to prototype to production in a real product.
• Build model layers that meet production accuracy and latency goals.
• Write production-grade code in Python; optimize training speed.
• Design experiments with clear hypotheses and rigorous evaluation.
• Interpret results and communicate with non-AI stakeholders.
