Job summary

InAI Lab, located in NYC, seeks a senior AI researcher to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ML systems. You will drive production-grade solutions, optimize models for real-world use, and publish results at top venues.

You will translate research prototypes into production, collaborating closely with data engineers and product teams to achieve business goals while mentoring newer researchers. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with strong focus on software engineering and system design.
• 3+ years building and deploying production ML systems at scale with reliable, high-performance delivery.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model training, optimization, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning systems powering real-world applications with high performance and reliability.
• Optimize ML models for production environments, improving inference speed and reducing resource consumption.
• Translate cutting-edge research prototypes into production-ready systems bridging research and deployment.
