Intuit's AI Research team advances AI/ML solutions across Intuit's product ecosystem. The Senior Staff AI Research Scientist will shape the research agenda and lead projects across multiple workstreams, mentoring researchers and serving as a technical authority.

You will publish in top venues, collaborate with product and platform teams to translate innovations into customer value, and help steer Intuit's AI strategy with deep expertise in one or more core areas of AI/ML.

Qualifikationen

• PhD required in CS/EE/Statistics/Math or related field.
• 8+ years post-PhD AI/ML research with publications in top venues.
• Deep expertise in decision-focused AI, probabilistic modeling, causal inference,... or related areas.
• Strong fundamentals in deep learning, optimization and statistical ML.
• Proven ability to lead projects and provide technical direction.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams.
