Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Market Researcher in the AI and Research Ecosystem for a flagship engagement with the research organization of a globally leading technology company.

The role is remote with flexibility for Bay Area, NYC, or London locations and focuses on research intelligence, macro trends, and executive-ready insights. You will own end-to-end programs, map scientific landscape including NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR, build landscape maps, memos, and presentations

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in AI research intelligence or related field.
• Deep fluency in AI/ML concepts and technical papers.
• Experience analyzing scientific research trends and labs, academic conferences, or AI startups.
• Excellent executive communication and writing skills.
• Strong presentation design for Director- and VP-level audiences.
• Ability to transform ambiguous ecosystem questions into structured, rigorous analysis.
• Self-directed, fast-moving working style with high ownership and independence.
• Based in, or willing to work from, the Bay Area, NYC, or London with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research intelligence programs: define questions, structure analysis, manage workplans, deliver outputs with minimal supervision.
• Monitor the AI/ML scientific landscape and track labs, breakthroughs, trends and market shifts.
• Benchmark strategic positioning at NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR and open-source labs.
• Develop creative intelligence-gathering approaches (web scraping, bibliometrics, OSINT, automated tracking).
• Synthesize large volumes of external research into executive briefings, landscape maps and deep-dives.
• Create concise memos and visually refined presentations for leadership.
• Represent the team in internal and external meetings with credibility.
