Job summary

Tellent is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for the Intelligence domain to own the quality of AI-powered experiences. You will expand Playwright coverage, validate AI behavior and model-driven functionality, and work closely with engineers to ensure reliable, safe, and high-quality AI experiences for our customers.

You will design and execute end-to-end test plans across frontend, backend, and AI-powered functionality, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and ownership of testing strategies

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on quality engineering with senior-level ownership.
• Experience testing AI-powered applications, LLM-based products, or machine learning systems.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright.
• Experience testing APIs and backend services.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Quality Engineers to implement our test automation strategy across the AI domain.
• Partner with developers, AI engineers, and QEs to embed quality early in development.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test suites across frontend, backend, and AI features.
• Develop into a product domain expert to identify risks and guide quality decisions across the AI domain.
• Design and execute testing strategies for AI-powered features, validating functionality, quality, relevance, and safety of AI outputs.
• Develop approaches for testing non-deterministic systems with evaluation datasets and quality benchmarks.
