Job summary

TeamViewer seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to define and drive quality for AI-powered products in Austin, TX. You will build automated testing frameworks across unit, API, and end-to-end levels to ensure safe and reliable releases.

You will work with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle, leveraging AI-assisted tools and maintaining high standards for accuracy, speed, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience building and scaling automated test frameworks and quality platforms.
• Hands-on testing of AI-powered applications and complex software systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration, test data management, and regression prevention.
• Experience with API, integration, performance and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the quality strategy for AI-powered products.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks across multiple layers.
• Develop evaluation approaches for AI-driven features.
• Design testing strategies for AI-powered systems and workflows.
