Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager for AI programs. The role is 100% remote with MST/PST hours, length of 1 year plus, and a contract arrangement.

The position leads strategic AI transformations, coordinating executives, data teams, technology partners, vendors, and governance to deliver multi-year initiatives with strong ROI. Salary is commensurate with experience and market rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 5+ years leading large, enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing programs exceeding $5M in budget and multi-year duration.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders (VP, SVP, C-Level).
• Strong experience with Agile, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two, multi-year AI transformation programs valued at multiple millions of dollars.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Establish program governance, executive steering committees, and reporting structures.
• Drive alignment across multiple business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Manage interdependencies across portfolios, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior leadership.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, status reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making and escalation management.
• Build strong partnerships across business, clinical, operational, and technology organizations.
• Lead delivery of AI, Generative AI, ML, Intelligent Automation, Data Platform, and Analytics initiatives.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, security, privacy, compliance, and risk standards.
• Coordinate business readiness, change management, communications, and training.
• Establish measurable business outcomes and value realization plans.
• Develop and manage multi-year budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor program financials, vendor contracts, SOWs, and resource allocations.
• Track benefits realization, cost savings, and ROI.
• Optimize resource utilization across workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish RAID management processes and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Lead program audits, compliance reviews, and executive checkpoints.
• Implement Agile/SAFe/Hybrid/Waterfall delivery frameworks as appropriate.
• Coordinate PI Planning, release planning, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor teams.
