$70.00/hr - $73.00/hr

Overview

The PM will manage two strategic, high-visibility initiatives: GenAI Project Management and Knowledge Management Modernization. This includes governance, adoption, and integration efforts across enterprise AI and knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Build integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks across both GenAI and KM initiatives.
• Governance & Risk Management: Apply AI governance principles and risk frameworks; ensure data governance and security considerations.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with IT architects, Change/Education teams, and Business Owners for requirements prioritization and adoption support.
• Executive Communication: Facilitate regular steering updates for executives and councils.
• Integration: Bridge GenAI and KM efforts (e.g., Copilot surface in SharePoint, metadata tagging, retrieval-augmented generation).

Deliverables

• Integrated Project Charter covering both GenAI and KM initiatives.
• Master Project Plan showing phases, dependencies, and milestones.
• Risk & Issue Log tracking AI governance, data security, and adoption challenges.
• Stakeholder Map & Communication Plan outlining roles, RACI, and touchpoints.

Required

• Ability to apply project management best practices and methodologies.
• Experience managing Projects from 10,000 to 100,000 Hours.
• Ability to motivate project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat and NT.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years project management principles and methodologies obtained by coordinating complex projects.
• 5+ years Project delivery experience (10,000 - 100,000 Hours).

Competencies

• AI & KM Familiarity: Not deep technical, but understand enterprise AI (Copilot, ChatGPT) and KM (SharePoint, metadata, taxonomy).
• Enterprise Governance Mindset: Experience with compliance, security, and change management frameworks.
