Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate an enterprise AI program end-to-end. This role designs the program operating model, governs multiple interlocking workstreams, and drives global agent adoption while transitioning from waterfall to agile delivery.

Independent leadership from day one is expected with clear charters, RACIs, and reporting infrastructure. You will lead governance, rollout planning, change management, and the end-to-end life cycle of AI use

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to stand up governance, operating models, and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience authoring charters and RACIs; managing dotted-line relationships across programs.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise AI rollout programs across geographies.
• Hands-on agile transformation—designing sprint models and leading transitions.
• Strong executive communication; able to publish program readouts and facilitate resourcing discussions.
• High emotional intelligence; excellent stakeholder negotiation and relationship-building.
• Solid business acumen with ROI-focused roadmaps and quarterly readouts.
• Technical adaptability to manage prototyped/internal tools and AI-related workflows.
• Data-centric mindset with emphasis on data quality and governance for AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the program's operating model and governance framework.
• Own global AI rollout and ensure adoption across geographies and functions.
• Lead agile transformation and delivery leadership across multiple streams.
• Set up program communications, reporting rhythms, and single source of truth hubs.
• Develop and realize use cases with business outcomes and KPI tracking.
• Drive data governance and guardrails for responsible AI deployment.
