Job summary

F5 Networks in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate our enterprise AI program end-to-end. This is a hands-on, governance-heavy role requiring designing operating models, establishing RACIs, and delivering measurable outcomes across global workstreams.

You will lead the transition from waterfall to agile delivery, drive adoption of AI capabilities, and provide executive-level reporting on adoption, velocity, and ROI within the first quarter.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in technical program management or orchestration roles spanning multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Author and publish workstream charters and RACI models, defining decision rights and escalation paths across programs.
• Negotiate and formalize role boundaries between program leads and stakeholders to prevent friction.
• Establish recurring mission-alignment forums with partner programs and define shared metrics.
• Health-check governance models in flight and revise as needed.
• Design and execute phased, global rollout programs for AI capability adoption.
• Lead adoption at scale, remove gaps, and capture early wins to maintain momentum.
• Drive change management through resistance while maintaining high-trust relationships.
• Design sprint operating models for technical delivery teams and lead agile transitions.
• Run full sprint cycles, facilitate retrospectives, and tune delivery models.
• Stand up program communication infrastructure and bi-weekly executive reporting rhythms.
• Maintain shared workboards showing cross-program dependencies and dates.
• Surface and evaluate high-value AI opportunities with clear business outcomes.
• Own AI use-case lifecycle from discovery to deployment with ROI metrics.
• Develop business cases and publish quarterly readouts on adoption and rollout status.
• Deliver roadmaps and resourcing proposals for next quarter investments.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure guardrails for safe AI deployment.
