Qualifications

• 2+ years leading engineering programs with multiple teams.
• Experience on AI/ML initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI concepts and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility enterprise generative AI programs with roadmaps and OKRs.
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Develop schedules, manage dependencies, and communicate status to executives.
• Identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure user-centric outcomes.
