Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Generative AI product delivery for enterprise customers within the Cloud AI team. You will define roadmaps, prioritize features, and coordinate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure successful releases.

You will guide technical projects from requirements to deployment, balancing technical depth with product strategy while engaging stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management.
• Experience with ML or AI principles and technical strategy.
• Experience working on agentic frameworks and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with technical and product understanding, applying program management to complex AI contexts.
• Manage end-to-end life-cycles, from requirement gathering and risk assessment to feature prioritization. Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.
• Manage high-impact customer engagements, advocate new evaluation methodologies, and define KPIs for data quality and success.
• Provide clear project status updates to audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership. Drive feature planning, building cohesion and alignment across all stakeholders.
