Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for Generative AI in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead complex AI programs, partner with product managers and engineers, and drive roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release plans for enterprise AI products.

You will apply deep technical expertise to manage requirements, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineering teams, helping Google deliver scalable AI solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience creating and monitoring KPIs for AI products.
• Experience with AI model testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, as well as LLM release cycles and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary AI programs and provide thought leadership.
• Direct the entire project lifecycle from requirements to delivery across stakeholders.
• Define workstreams, resource plans, milestones, and provide strategic updates to leadership.
• Develop data-driven plans, mitigate risks, and design scalable processes.
• Lead high-impact customer engagements and define KPIs to drive data quality and success.
