Job summary

StraitSys Inc is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Artificial Intelligence to support the FBI in Quantico, Virginia. You will provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise AI/ML solutions, guiding design, development, implementation, and ongoing support across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive GenAI initiatives, ensure secure and scalable deployments, and collaborate with cybersecurity, data science, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret Clearance preferred/possible SCI access.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise apps via APIs and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define project charter, scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of GenAI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives including NLP, ML, RAG, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with executives, developers, data engineers, cybersecurity, and vendors.
• Establish AI governance, model governance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver milestones on time.
