Job summary

Toyota Plano is seeking a Sr. Productivity Security Analyst to safeguard AI-enabled productivity platforms, APIs, and endpoint security across the enterprise.

You will implement security controls, run assessments, and help drive secure-by-design initiatives with engineering and product teams. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in cybersecurity across endpoints, apps, and cloud, with knowledge of AI security concepts and common security frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of cybersecurity experience in technical roles with endpoint, app, API, mobile, or cloud security.
• Foundational AI security concepts including data exposure, prompt misuse, and identity/access considerations.
• Experience supporting endpoint security controls (allow listing, privilege management, config enforcement).
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility concepts like MDM/MAM and mobile app protection controls.
• Ability to document findings clearly and support remediation across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with operational discipline.
• Working knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP.

Responsibilities

• Support AI security controls implementation (prompt protection, DLP, access controls, policy enforcement).
• Perform security assessments, control validations, and configuration reviews across AI workflows, APIs, endpoints, and mobile apps.
• Assist in monitoring misuse patterns and anomalous behavior in AI systems, APIs, and workforce tech.
• Assist in mobile security operations, including MDM/MAM policy validation and app protection controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, security architecture, and product teams to drive secure-by-design adoption of AI tools.
• Contribute to threat modeling, risk assessments, and documenting findings for remediation tracking.
• Validate adherence to security standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI usage, APIs, and endpoints/mobile security.
• Support incident response, investigations, and root-cause analysis for security events impacting productivity platforms.
• Maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and evidence required for audit and leadership reporting.
• Continuously evaluate emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory developments impacting AI adoption.
