Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives within a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product management to define, build, and launch high-impact features that scale the platform and enhance user value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software product management, strong data sense, and a track record delivering AI-powered enhancements in a globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven software product management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Experience launching AI-powered features that improve engagement and outcomes.
• Strong data skills and ability to work with users to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team with a focus on AI-driven capabilities.
• Translate AI capabilities into customer-, talent-, and internal-facing experiences delivering business value.
• Define scope of new features and ongoing improvements; write and prioritize user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers to deliver initiatives.
• Measure impact and iterate based on data, user research, and business goals.
