Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Government Pricing & Compliance in the US. You will own the AI product roadmap, work with Government Pricing, Market Access, and Compliance teams, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to production while ensuring audit-ready, regulated AI solutions.

Success is measured by accuracy, cycle time, and compliance outcomes. You will define governance, model validation, and human-in-the-loop processes to meet SOX controls and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• 8+ years of combined product management and technical experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions using agentic frameworks, LLMs, or automated compliance workflows.
• Experience with US government pricing and rebate programs (MDRP, AMP, Best Price, Medicare ASP).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI product for government pricing and compliance, including roadmap and delivery.
• Collaborate with Government Pricing, Market Access, and Compliance teams to map processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Define governance, validation, and audit-ready artifacts for regulated AI use cases.
• Ensure on-time submissions with full audit trails and strong change-management practices.
