GSK in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Government Pricing & Compliance. You will own the AI-enabled technology for US government price calculations, filings, restatements, and audit trails, collaborating with Government Pricing, Market Access, and Compliance teams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, define governance for regulated AI, ensure SOX-aligned controls, and measure impact through filing accuracy, cycle time, and audit

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined product management and technical experience, including AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with US government pricing and rebate programs and SOX controls.
• Experience with enterprise pricing or revenue management platforms and ERP integrations.
• Proven ability to write product specifications and prototype AI workflows.
• Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder management for Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• AI product roadmap: Own end-to-end roadmap for government pricing and compliance and monitor KPIs.
• Technology stack and integrations: Define gov pricing strategy and integrations across ERP and rebate platforms.
• AI governance: Establish governance for regulated AI use cases, model validation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Data governance: Own governance of inputs, data lineage, and master data.
• Regulatory change: Assess regulatory changes and translate into product requirements.
• Submissions, restatements, and true-ups: Ensure on-time submissions with audit trails and restatements.
