GSK United States is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Government Pricing & Compliance. The role leads AI-enabled pricing calculations, filings, restatements, and audit trails within a SOX-controlled environment.

You will collaborate with Government Pricing, Market Access, and Compliance to optimize accuracy, cycle time, and regulatory readiness. You will own end-to-end delivery—from discovery to deployment—defining good outputs, governance, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or Finance with 8+ years of PM and technical experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions using agentic frameworks, LLMs, or automated compliance workflows.
• Experience with US government pricing, MDRP, Medicare ASP, 340B, and SOX controls.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end AI product roadmap for government pricing and compliance, with KPIs for accuracy, risk, and cycle time.
• Define gov pricing technology strategy, roadmaps, SLAs, and ERP/contract management integrations.
• Establish governance for regulated AI, model validation, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Own governance of pricing inputs, data lineage, and master data for filings.
• Assess regulatory changes and translate into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Support submissions, restatements, and audit trails with version history.
• Maintain audit readiness and SOX-aligned change controls; train users on AI workflows.
