GSK seeks a Senior AI Product Manager for Government Pricing & Compliance to own and build AI-enabled workflows ensuring accurate filings, compliant restatements, and audit-ready processes. You'll partner with Government Pricing, Market Access, and Compliance to map requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions in a SOX-controlled setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of combined product management and technical experience including AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with US government pricing and rebate programs incl. MDRP, Medicare ASP, 340B, VA/FSS and SOX controls.
• Experience with enterprise government pricing or revenue management platforms and their ERP/contract management integrations.
• Experience writing product specs, prototyping AI workflows, and analyzing large datasets with SQL and Python.
• Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder management, translating regulatory/finance requirements into specs.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end AI product roadmap for government pricing and compliance, improve filing accuracy and reduce risk.
• Define government pricing technology strategy, SLA, and integrations with ERP, contract management, chargeback, rebates.
• Establish governance for regulated AI use cases with model validation, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Governance of inputs like class of trade, customer eligibility, pricing master data, and data lineage.
• Assess regulatory change impact and translate into product requirements and priorities.
• Support on-time submissions with audit trails and defensible version history.
• Maintain audit readiness of controls including SOX alignment and change control evidence.
• Drive adoption through training and documentation across users.
