Job summary

Harnham partners with a rapidly growing enterprise software company to hire a Product Manager who will own AI products from concept through commercialization in a hybrid SF Bay Area or Seattle setting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years building AI, ML, or data products.
• Experience owning roadmap, prioritization, and product strategy.
• Experience launching customer-facing AI capabilities into production.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, model evaluation, and AI reliability.
• Strong enterprise SaaS or B2B software background.
• Customer-facing product discovery experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product roadmap.
• Build LLM-powered insights and agentic workflow capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery and product validation.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and reliability standards.
• Drive customer pilots and production launches.
• Establish success metrics and adoption targets.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategy.
