Job summary

Burtch Works is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered product strategy across the firm's transactional practices. You will own the product vision, develop 1–2 year roadmaps and oversee multiple AI products with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has enterprise PM experience with AI, not just deep AI engineering, and familiarity with legal industry workflows. Prior legal experience is not required for strong PM credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of product management or product development leadership.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
Demonstrated data-driven decision making.
Practical AI product experience, including LLMs and AI product architecture.
Strong executive presence, stakeholder management and communication.
Track record of measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered solutions.
Manage full lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Prioritize features based on user needs, research and feasibility; write user stories.
Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-performing AI products.
Engage with attorneys and stakeholders to capture workflows and requirements.
Set product goals, KPIs and measure value delivered by products.
Explore opportunities to broaden AI use across portfolios.
Stay informed on AI/ML developments and competitive landscape.
