Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our AI-enabled Legal Managed Bill Review (MBR) service. You will define how MBR capabilities are envisioned, built, and adopted, bringing an AI-forward mindset to product thinking and client workflows.

This role collaborates with engineering, design, and enterprise clients across time zones to balance reliability, configurability, and practical AI value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management for B2B enterprise software
• Experience launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts
• Ability to design adaptable products for varied deployment models
• Strong project management: document, socialize, and archive artifacts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders
• Metrics-driven with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams
• Familiarity with AI tools for document-heavy workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, IDP, RAG, MCP)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities and AI features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with guardrails and quality
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, efficiency, and retention
• Write product requirements and epics/user stories; leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting
