Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an AI Solutions Lead / Senior AI Product Manager in New York, NY to partner with senior leaders and deliver high-impact AI initiatives across our portfolio. The role combines deep AI expertise with strategic business acumen to turn emerging technologies into practical results.

The candidate will lead end-to-end AI projects, evaluate new AI platforms, and communicate effectively with executives, shaping AI strategy across private equity portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, technology consulting, or related fields.
• Recent experience implementing AI solutions within a business or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and modern enterprise AI tools.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate with engineering and technology teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives and other nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience within private equity, financial services, investment management, or consulting is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI across the organization.
• Lead AI projects from initial use case through rollout and adoption.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and third-party solutions.
• Work with technical teams to incorporate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Advise business leaders on practical applications of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and related technologies.
• Help expand successful AI solutions across business functions and portfolio companies.
• Establish metrics to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, and business value.
